One of the first things you’ll notice when you walk into an Apple store upon seeing those gorgeous Apple Cinema Displays, is the beautiful yet subtle soft blue abstract background images that Apple has provided since even before Mac OSX but have you wondered how to create something like this for yourself? It’s easier than you might think!
The fine folks over at N.Design Studio have put together a most excellent two page tutorial showing you exactly how it’s done. Even if your day job has nothing to do with the graphic arts, give this tutorial a try, it’s lot of fun and it even gave me an excuse to use my Wacom 12×19 Intous tablet!
